Book Review: Wilder (Birds of a Feather #1) by Lena North

When I read the book’s synopsis, I was actually very interested. A girl who was living a normal life was suddenly not  so normal, after all. Well, I usually hate that trope but this book involved birds so I was interested. Do they turn into birds like werewolves turn into wolves? “Wow, that would be something new,” I thought. As someone who likes the supernatural, I decided to give it a try.

Book Review: Anna and the French Kiss by Stephanie Perkins

Synopsis Anna is looking forward to her senior year in Atlanta, where she has a great job, a loyal best friend, and a crush on the verge of becoming more. Which is why she is less than thrilled about being shipped off to boarding school in Paris–until she meets Étienne St. Clair. Smart, charming, beautiful, Étienne…

Top 5 Wednesday: Favorites I’d Like to Revisit

This week’s topic is Favorites that I Would Like to Revisit.  Truth is, I don’t really revisit books that I’ve read much, most especially books that I loved. I just have this fear that the book will change the second time that I read it. I usually reread a book I did not like in case the second read would give me a different perspective about the book. So, I fear that I get a different perspective on a book that I love… What if it’s not that great anyways? Sometimes, though,  I get brave enough to revisit a favorite. And if I get that bravery soon, these are the books that I will definitely reread.

Why my birthday makes me wanna cry

I recently celebrated my 23rd birthday. My birthday was something I always looked forward to. Ever since I was younger, my family would always make an effort to make every birthday special to me. My birthday was my favorite day of the year until I was in college. While I was in college, I met…

Book Review: The Devil in Spring (The Ravenels #3) by Lisa Kleypas

Upon reading the prologue of the book from the end of Marrying Winterborne, I was excited to read Devil in Spring because this book features Evie and Sebastian from Devil in Winter. Devil in Winter was one of my earliest read that is in the Historical Romance genre. It was back when I was still exploring on the genre and Devil in Winter is one of the reasons why I fell in love with Historical Romance. Because of Sebastian and Evie and because I loved Marrying Winterborne, I have high expectations about this book. Unfortunately, this book did not live up to it.

20 Questions Book Tag

Hey! I’ve read this book tag from Kat’s blog and I loved how she answered these questions so I thought of answering these questions myself too! I actually enjoyed answering these questions and I actually blabbered in some questions. How many books are too many books in a series? I think the longest series that I’ve…
